Research Interests

Published over 50 papers in the area of gas phase physical chemistry. Interests include vibrational energy transfer, unimolecular dissociation dynamics and bimolecular reaction dynamics. Recent work involves the use of position sensitive ion detectors to image photochemical events to obtain three dimensional velocity information about reaction products. Another interest is the development and the use of non-linear optical techniques to study spectroscopy. Presented over 25 invited talks at national and international meetings and over 40 university colloquia.
